1. All domains registered are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the
approriate registrar. For .UK domains your acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions is taken to include acceptance of the standard Terms and
Conditions of Nominet UK. For other domains your acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions is taken to include acceptance of the standard Terms and
Conditions of OpenSRS/Tucows as appropriate and any subsequent revisions of these terms.
2. Your domains are being registered through Uklinux Ltd who are
an authorised Nominet member (UKLINUX) and OpenSRS RSP. Your contract is
with Uklinux Ltd and is governed under English law.
3. You are not purchasing the domain. You are purchasing the exclusive right
to use the domain for a period of time which right shall pass to you only
after payment for the domain has been received.
4. All payments due for domain registration and renewal are payable to
Uklinux Ltd. All payments due to Nominet UK and OpenSRS shall
be made by Uklinux Ltd.
5. In the event that a renewal fee shall not have been paid prior to the
renewal date for that domain the exclusive right to use the domain shall
revert to Uklinux Ltd who may dispose of the domain as they
see fit.
6. Transfers of domains to or from our service are subject to a £10.00
administrative charge per domain.
